{"id":507,"date":"2019-12-23T18:37:36","date_gmt":"2019-12-23T17:37:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ase.in.tum.de\/cseet2020\/?page_id=507"},"modified":"2020-08-11T19:47:33","modified_gmt":"2020-08-11T18:47:33","slug":"call-for-tutorial-proposals","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ase.in.tum.de\/cseet2020\/index.php\/call-for-tutorial-proposals\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Tutorial Proposals"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4><strong>Tutorials and Practice &amp; Methods Presentations (TPM, 3 pages maximum)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We\ninvite proposals for practice &amp; methods presentations, and for tutorials.\nThese should have practical appeal to the software engineering education and\ntraining community, and should enable participants to learn more about a topic\nrelevant to one of the conference themes. It is expected that practice &amp;\nmethods presentations should occur within 30 to 90 minute time slots, and that\ntutorials will be within a 60 to 180 minute time slot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Such\na proposal should be submitted as a paper, and should detail the topic and\nobjectives for the session, indicating how it is expected to meet the needs of\nthe conference audience. It should also include: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>brief biographies of the presenter(s) and their affiliations<\/li><li>the format of the session and the proposed activities, along with anticipated time requirements<\/li><li>details of any requests for pre-event input from potential attendees (e.g. questions, responses to short questionnaires)<\/li><li>if appropriate, details of any proposed post-event activities or support<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The submission for a practice &amp; methods presentation or for a \ntutorial should not exceed 3 pages, and the accepted submissions will \nappear in the proceedings. Presenters for these events are required to \nregister as delegates for the conference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Format and Submission Procedures<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For 2020 CSEE&amp;T will continue to use the&nbsp;<a href="https://ase.in.tum.de/cseet2020/index.php/wp-json/wp/v2/pages/507/\&quot;https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\&quot;">IEEE double column format<\/a>&nbsp;for\n its proceedings.
