iOS Programming Seminar SS 2011

Description

The course is aimed to give an introduction to Objective-C programming with Xcode 4 IDE. The students will learn how to program in Objective-C and how to use Cocoa and Cocoa Touch libraries. The course language is English.

Goal

The course is a preparational course for the iPhone Praktikum offered at the chair in summer semester 2011. The goal of the course is to prepare students to participate in projects focusing on the development of iOS applications for a real customer.

Prerequisite

Participating students should be familiar with object oriented programming concepts and a language such as Java, C++ or C#.  Background knowledge in Objective-C and MacOS X is not required.
