Call for Panel Proposals

CSEE&T 2020 invites proposals for panel sessions related to software engineering education. We call for:

Panel Sessions (PAS, 5 pages maximum)

In general, panel sessions allow the audience to interact with panel members to provide an engaging, informative and entertaining discussion of a timely topic from multiple perspectives. A panel proposal should introduce the moderator, list potential positions, and detail the topic and objectives for the session, indicating how it is expected to meet the needs of the conference audience. It should also include brief biographies and position statements from each of the proposed panelists, and a brief biography of the proposed moderator.

The total submission for a panel session should not exceed 5 pages, and the description of each accepted panel will appear in the proceedings. The moderator and each of the panelists for an accepted panel session are required to register as delegates before 09 May 2020 and to contribute to the panel session at the conference.

Format and Submission Procedures

For 2020 CSEE&T will continue to use the IEEE double column format for its proceedings. All submissions must conform to this format, and must be within the page lengths specified for the class of submission. Submissions that do not adhere to the formatting guidelines or do exceed the page limits, will be desk rejected without further review.

With each accepted proposal attendance of the panelists at the conference and registration before 09 May 2020 is expected.

All papers must be submitted via email to: cseet2020organization-ase(at)in.tum.de.
